Reflections on the e-Portfolio Process

I undertook the creation of this electronic portfolio with great enthusiasm and some trepidation over what to include. Once I accepted that this was an additive process which needed to contain some sense of completeness for the purposes of this assignment, I was able to select exemplars. This process has also helped me to solidify the connections and focus on defining myself as an educator. This did not mean, however, that I had to select all of the pieces at one time. Over the next few years, I intend to continue adding artifacts and reflecting in my blog. Creating this portfolio has solidified the connection between my thoughts and practices as an educator through conscious reflection.
